· The major shareholders of Pahang-based palm oil company Kurnia Setia (KSB), TAS Kurnia Sdn Bhd, TAS Industries Sdn Bhd, individuals related to shareholders of TAS Kurnia and Lembaga Kemajuan Perusahaan Pertanian Negeri Pahang (LKPP) have made an offer to acquire the entire business and undertaking, including all assets and liabilities of KSB for a cash consideration of about RM270 mln.
